Clean single bed, kettle and supplies, and en suite which was all I needed. Breakfast was included but was DIY so I didn't bother. This provided a decent option in the area I wanted to stay. Easy walk to Tooting Broadway tube. I did feel the mattress could do with being firmer.

The staff member I met was very friendly and the location was easy to find. I had a room with towels provided and a private bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised and very comfortable. Breakfast was available with access to a kitchen which contained a washing machine plus dryer. I enjoyed my stay and I was given knowledge of the local area by the kind staff member. I would stay again as you get privacy, a clean room and a welcoming local community with great access links to all of London. Thank you for a very good experience 🙏🙂

Poor communication about accessibility

Room was ok, could do with some TLC and updating. Also a very narrow and steep stairs reduced accessibility. No lift so had to park wheelchair downstairs and slowly work the stairs. I did notify access needs in advance but was allocated a room on the top floor, which is poor planning. So my scores mostly in the middle.

May 15 2023 to May 26 2023 - 268 Franciscan Road, Upper Tooting, London England - There black mold on the inside of the shower. Looks like it was there a while. The lower level units should be insulated better to block out street noises, the beds are Double and very cramped for two people and the mattress is awful. I had to purchase a mattress topper for the bed to make it comfortable. The Manager and Manageress were wonderful people and very accommodating. The items available for all day breakfasts were plentiful. The location was superb and only 5 minutes walk to the subway.

Will not revisit.

Basically a bedsit with cheap furnishings, you have to use an intercom to gain a number to use to open the front door. I accessed my room and the window was wide open and had no handles to pull it closed or lock it. The shower had a rusty pole and curtain on to replace the broken door.

Great little hotel.

Easy check-in, great room, friendly staff. They accomodated a request and responded quickly to a minor issue. Would happily stay there again!
