Very nice, well situated hotel. It’s being extended so it has been renovated throughout. The dining area is on trend, but has maintained a friendly cosy atmosphere. Staff are brilliant. They can’t do enough for you I’ll be happy to stay there again

Excellent location. Staff was great, always helpful. We were in the club area and basically had 24 hour concierge service. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening wine and cheese were enjoyable. The only negative was that occasionally the WiFi was spotty. We would definitely return

Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.

Great hotel for our one night stay. Bed was a bit on the hard side but that’s a personal preference thing and no way impacted on our stay. The room was clean and the AC was great. Sound proofing to the busy street outside was perfect. Staff were friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check-in. These were already in our room when we went back later to check-in
