When I checked in I was sent to a room which hadn't been made up, but this was quickly changed for me to a room on the next floor.
The people in the room opposite woke me up at midnight, coming in and out of the room, and talking in their room. I'm not sure if the wall and doors are incredibly thin but I could hear every word of their conversation, and I don't think they were talking particularly loudly. By 2.30 I resorted to listening to white noise on my phone to try to get to sleep, I had to be up at 5 am!
I spoke to reception the next day, and that night there was silence so all was good.
I had three rooms booked for four nights. I arranged to fly home early and my family only stayed for two nights. The floor carpets were ripped. Bins were left dismantled and cleaning products left on the floor. Room dishes (mugs/cups for the kettle) were unclean. One room had water. Two rooms didnât have water. There was a hallway diffuser that was overwhelming.
The staff was very helpful and the room was cleaned well, the buffet offered for the mronings was pleasant. It was easy to navigate in the hotel and the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed. Would recommend!
