An easy and convenient overnight at Heathrow. Simple to access from terminal 4, and multiple options to other terminals for your connections. Staff were all excellent. Gym was hard to find and a little dated, but it did the job. We’d stay again for sure.

This is not the property's fault but we were told by a Hilton representative in the US that we could store our bags at the property for 4 days while we traveled to Finland at no charge but when we got to the hotel we were told this was not the case so either whomvever I spoke to called the wrong hotel or they were mistaken. We ended up paying $135 to store two bags at this hotel because we did not want to take them on our side trip. This is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars.

The convenience to Heathrow is stellar. It’s quiet and very clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing. Weekend house keeping not so much. Didn’t even enter the room. Was there nine nights. Dining staff were not a good representation of the rest of the hotel. Not as professional or hospitable as everyone else. The room was clean. Spacious by London standards. Would stay again. Just not dine.
