Hotel feels a little dated in parts. Paint peeling and walls have damp in some areas. We had breakfast and it was great every day. However the only evening meal we had was not so good. £180 for three small mains and desserts and mostly soft drinks is steep but if the food was great we wouldn't have minded however the ribeye was inedible, we sent it back still not great on return

We only stayed one night, but the room and bathroom were clean, if needing updating slightly. Breakfast on our morning departure was fabulous - if you can imagine it, it was there. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Would go back, but found it wasn't really convenient for the Royal Albert Hall, as I'd thought.

Very run down property. Had problems with the heating and with hot water. Staff were very slow to assist. Took 3 days of no hot water for us to be moved to another room. Desk staff were great, management not so helpful. Good location, close to transport and shopping. Food in the bar was very good and the staff in the bar were great.
