The apartment provided was not the one in all photos and adverts. During the booking process, it is not explicitly clear that there is more than one apartment that could be given. The heating is temperamental - it was ice cold on arrival and the timer function does not work. The shower mixer tap is very impractical to get a consistent temperature of usable water. The apartment had an unpleasant, unclean smell (as indicated by other reviewers). I would be very surprised if those beds are actually doubles. Five tea bags does not count as any kind of care welcome package. Unclean furniture with stains.

Good, but be aware
We stayed in Flat 3 for 8 nights.
In general, a good apartment and location. However, be aware:
-Design:
1) This is a 2 stories apartment with tight helical/spiral stairs connecting them.
2) The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are downstair.
3) Bedrooms are tight and there is barely any space to move/walk around the beds.
-Service/Amenities:
1) The bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to buy a drain opener product to treat it.
2) There was no tissue paper in the whole apartment for facial or hand use neither in the living or kitchen.
3) There were only 2 toilet paper rolls (not new but used with only few yards left) in the bathroom.
My expectation is that someone should do a thorough inspection on the apartment readiness before the check in of next resident to ensure the apartment is operationally fully ready and there is nothing missing on basics amenities.

Need of updating regarding safety!
The apartment was first floor at entrance but ground floor facing from bedroom with plenty of green mold outside the window. The front door at entrance had a code but the lock didn't work so anyone would be able to walk into property if they tried the door. The apartment door top lock broken and safety chain would not stand a break in. Water damage in kitchen. Some areas of painted walls and doors had seen its better days. Furniture kind of outdated if you got a view of "Flying butler" idea how it could have been furnished.
No kitchen paper and only two toilet rolls for one week and two persons. Good equipment in the kitchen. Good working radiators, WiFi and TV.
Clean and tide! Friendly and supportive ladies who maintained the apartment. Good address and easy to reach by underground or bus.

First unit we received had stained sheets, mold on walls of one of the bedrooms and hallway walls were stained, dog print looking stains on carpet. Dryer did not work and couldn't dry clothes. Reached out to management company and said I did not want to stay the rest of the nights we had purchased and wanted a refund. They said I could not have a refund and that I could either be issued a credit (less than what I paid) to be used at another one of their locations in the UK before March 2024 or they could give me a different unit in same building. Since we were not planning on coming back to UK before March we had to opt for relocation to other unit. The unit we were moved to was okay but still not great. The tenants above had a screaming child and made a ton of noise. We gave up and left a day early and found another hotel and ate the cost. I would never stay at this location ever again. On the way out we saw police investigating a crime that had taken place by nearby. I gave the property a chance to make it right but unfortunately was disappointed in the end.

Un poco decepcionante
Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación. El barrio es precioso y está muy cerca del museo británico. Sin embargo el apartamento es un bajo a nivel de calle (cosa que no se menciona en la descripción) por lo que tuvimos que mantener la cortinas cerradas. La altura del techo en la habitación y el baño apenas llega a los dos metros por lo que sà eres una persona alta se vuelve un poco claustrofóbico. Varios enchufes no funcionaban.

Nell’annuncio di questo appartamento sono presenti piu’ immagini prese da abitazioni diverse.
Tuttavia nessuna di queste e’ stata scattata nel nostro appartamento. A mio giudizio l’abitazione dove ho soggiornato e’ di livello inferiore rispetto a quelle mostrate in foto.
Sarebbe opportuno che quando si prenota un appartamento vengano mostrate le foto dell’abitazione che si sta effettivamente riservando, per tale motivo mi sento di esprimere un giudizio a tre stelle.
