Great for airport convenience only.

Stayed only for convenience. Towels were crusty and smelled bad. Bed was very firm, like sleeping on a plank! Pillows were small and also very firm, personally prefer something a little softer.

Breakfast was good but they should change it up a bit and not have the same breakfast every day. Rooms are really small compared to American standards. Hotel condition is excellent. And it is connected to T4 so very convenient.

Positives, very quiet, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast. Negatives, no water pressure, bathroom in need of a deep clean (limescale and mould) corridors dirty, filthy carpets and chicken all over the floor was still there the following. Breakfast room like a school dinner hall and tables not cleared quickly.

The staff that checked us in was very rude. We booked a family room but they gave us a standard double room so I pushed back and asked for a family room. They kept saying there is no available family room and I said I booked and paid for a family room so they need to find a solution to accommodate us. Minutes later the staff said he found a room but we'll have to wait another half hour. We arrived in the evening and tired from travelling so I asked if there's a way we could get the room sooner. The staff said "Do you want the room or not?" I was appalled by the demeanour of the staff - he even added "What do you want me to day? I'm sorry?". We've never encountered such a rude person in the hospitality industry!
