We stayed here because we had an early morning flight home to the States from London Heathrow. You cannot beat the location, it was a short train ride from terminal 3 and there is a covered walkway from the terminal to the hotel. Check in was fast, we ordered some food to take to the room for the night as it was around 10 p.m. when we checked in. Service was great. The room was a decent size and worked perfectly for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and my husband liked the pillows.

The site is shared by 2 hotels so it can be a little confusing which restaurant and bar to use. Incredibly convenient for the airport terminal with just a short walk through the covered walkway to get there.

Great airport hotel

Great hotel. This is our third stay. The easiest for all Heathrow terminals. The price is very reasonable. It is in terminal 4, but is a quick train ride to other terminals. The Elizabeth line or Piccadilly line. Highly recommend it.

Selling feature for us was covered walkway from hotel to terminal 4. There are other hotels with the same feature though which we were not aware of. This is like a Pod hotel, rooms are very, very tiny. For the most part clean. Beds were tiny but comfy and clean. Pillows were awful, lumpy and overstuffed. Bathroom was clean. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Check in was quick and easy. Wifi worked. Complimentary breakfast buffet. Several nearby restaurants and bars.
