Great location, clean room, quiet, breakfast included, friendly staff. Areas for improvement: the electronic self check in system did not find my reservation by my last name; the A/C seemed to be blowing cold air even when I set the temp to the max of 24C. Not enough room for a table and chairs. Breakfast was nice with fruit, yoghurt, bread but items like eggs, meat, cheese were missing. The item that irked me the most was that after my delayed luggage was delivered to the hotel by BA, nobody bothered to leave a note for me to pick it up! I started looking for it some 24 hours after it was delivered in the hotel and still it took a while for the staff to find it.

The place smacked of efficiency gone wild to the extent of cheap. The soap pump in the shower did not work, the adjustable shower head was next to impossible to adjust, the carpets were dirty or worn, the lighting when one was trying to sleep was a choice between a very bright dim and pitch black . There were no working 5v usb outlets. However the bed was good, the shower hot, and the computer desk adequate and the price ok

Great stay

We used this as a literal hub when we needed to rest, we did not spend much time in the room at all. The only downside was no windows in the room, we overslept one morning due to no awareness of time with no sunlight. Other than that it was clean, bed was a good size, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Would definitely consider doing it again

Best contemporary value for money stay.

This place is the perfect cosy, cool and delicious breakfast. Cannot get any better in the middle of London ! Wonderful friendly staff.

Quick stay

Small rooms. Every single door had a key entry. It did exactly what it needed to for us though. Do not have breakfast in the morning! Isn’t worth the money. Great staff and super clean rooms!

Dans les chambres nous étions déçue de ne pas avoir d'armoire pour ranger nos affaires , la poubelle de la salle de bain est minuscule, Le manque de fenêtre qui est occultée , y compris qui ne s'ouvre pas nous a un peu gênée ont peux comprendre que nous etions au rez de chaussée, il faut juste pas être claustrophobe. Autrement point positifs le personnel sympatique et avenant. Le petit dejeuné bon et bien, mais il manque les oeufs brouillé ainsi que un peu de charcuterie . J'ai eu une bonne expérience dans cette établissement j'y reviendrai sûrement
