No effective shuttle service from/to airport although it was listed as a service when I booked this hotel. Taxi cost £30 to hotel way- but found Uber cost about £18 to airport. No breakfast. I was informed that it would be £20 per person which is too expensive. Overall this hotel is nota good value for money.

It was clean, new, and close to the airport. The LHR bus service picks you right up at the front door.

I stayed here for one night to catch my flight at Heathrow Airport. Check in was easy, all the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly. I had an issue with the air conditioner and someone came to my room to assist. I opted for the breakfast and it was good with lots of options. I would stay here again.

This hotel is clean quiet and convenient! Be aware that there is not elevator from the parking garage so be sure to take suitcases in to lobby at check in before parking!

This was a breath of fresh air considering the property with the same star rating in the area that was just trash. I am so happy we moved to this property to complete our vacation. Just refreshing
