For a one night stay, close to Heathrow it suited our needs. The prices in the bar/dining room were very high. We had one drink there then walked to the Tescos for sandwiches and a bottle of wine! Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower was great.

So this wasn’t to far from the tube, a little over a mile. The area wasn’t bad. The property wasn’t horrible either. Their food wasn’t great and their drinks were super expensive. With that being said, they did fix their broken elevator really fast. They also took care of a noise complain within minutes (banging had been going on for at least 30 min). Wasn’t anything special but if we were to go to London again, we’d stay there. Bring your own washcloth (none provided) and soap (their soap isn’t good at all lol). For the price though, I can’t talk overly bad about it.

Ive stayed at this hotel before. Last time was a good experience. This time wasn't great, only ate 1 meal and this was Saturday breakfast, the que was massive and the wait was caused by food running out and not being replaced quick enough. The sausage was cooked outside and stone cold in the middle, at 13:50 it is also expensive for a limited selection. Beer cost was also high and bar closed early with no residents aspect for people who arrive late at night.Very noisey this time with doors banging in the early morning. Dont think i will stay again
