The ibis Canary Wharf was clean and very modern however no one shared there was work being carried out in the hotel. Therefore we paid to check in early after an early start and couldn’t sleep due to banging and drilling. I would not have paid for this if someone had told us. The fire alarm then went off due to the works which was far from ideal.

Very friendly and helpful staff--he was great. It would have been nice to have had complimentary coffee--you have a machine! You had it in the room, but I like it in the lobby (always seems fresher, etc.). Loved the hot shower--tk you.

Hotel room was very tidy and clean. Bathroom was spotless Great hotel as your a 10minute uber drive from the 02 which was great for us.

I had a short stay with my daughter. The room smell molded and was noisy. We could hear everyone walking outside. It was summer and no AC in the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was no breakfast option for kids unfortunately. The bath sink had 2 seperate tap. I thought that was a joke but one tap had hot boiling water and the other cold water. I stayed with my daughter, she could have burn herself if i ddnt check it out.

Friendly staffed budget accommodation, ticks the boxes, with train (DLR) &bus (literally in front) within less than 5mins fast walk. Situated close to up & coming Canary Wharf, it’s perfect for a short stay. The hotel itself is showing its age though; but not a major issue - you’re only there to sleep after a day of exploring London.
