Website said parking but sent me to a public car park 10 minutes away which didn't accommodate my car due to height restrictions. Had to park on the highway and had to buy a 2 hour ticket at 7.30 am in the morning which only gave me maximum 2 hours stay from 8.00 am to 10.00 am so had to move car again at other parking area and pay again for 1 hour as check out was 11.00 am what a run around never use this facility again!!!

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay here. After a long international flight, early check in was available for a fee, which was well worth it and made a big difference in starting my trip off right. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had requested a quiet room, and the staff was happy to accommodate this without any issues-it was exactly what I needed to rest. Breakfast was available with a good variety of options, which was a nice way to start the day. The location is also a major plus-the Tube station was within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to get around London. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would consider returning on a future visit.

Two night stay in a standard double room which was very spacious! The only hiccup was that the AC was malfunctioning and during the london heatwave week did prove difficult to sleep at night. We were given a fan but unfortunately the AC issue was not resolved. Other than that everything else was fine, breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly.
