The room needs improvement. The window didn't seem very secure, and I was on the ground floor, so I felt like anyone from outside could get in. It wasn't weatherproof; I could feel the cold air at night and smell smoke from smokers outside, even though the window was supposedly shut! The light above the bed is broken. The bathroom door has water damage and looks terrible. The room's layout was terrible if I wanted to sit at the table properly with a laptop, as there wasn't enough room for the bed, chair, and me, and the table was in the way.

Great location. Rooms clean nice powerful short. Friendly receptionist. Fabulous location for a weekend in London or a stop before getting on Eurostar or other train net work. - Rome is small

We had a family room with 2 double beds which was perfect for a 1 night short stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that lets it down is that it is already looking a bit tatty despite being quite new.

The room position meant there was a lot of noise from above..... hard flooring means you can hear every foot step from the room and corridors above. I was in a G room.... down some steps from reception so basically a basement level. Footsteps woke me up around midnight and again around 4am, 5.30am and 6am. Not a good sleep experience at all.

While no doubt the room is clean and tidy, it's tiny 10sqm size is way too small for 2 adults each with a 28" luggage and a hand-carry bag. My wife & I must take turn to open our luggage atop the bed to take out our essential items, then close up and place the 2 luggage on upright position on narrow passage way by the room entrance in order not to block our entry to restroom. This, however, have effectively blocked the room entry which would post fire hazard. Luckily we only spent one single night here. Will we ever come back again? NO!

Shower sprayed more water on the ceiling, than actually on me. You had to wedge yourself on the toilet, due to proximity of sink. No mention of how small the room was when booked. Reception staff not the most friendly/welcoming. I won’t be staying again. For the price paid it definitely wasn’t value for money!

The room and hotel was incredibly clean but the bed and room beyond a joke in size. You could only get in one side of the bed and climb over each other to get to the toilet or go to bed. Also had to breathe in to stand at the sink with privacy in the shower. Now small is small and I must say it had all the conveniences - amazingly well thought out but when I accepted small it wasn't thinking it was like that.
No room to move on three sides of the bed.

Very small room (<90 sq ft) for the price I paid. Twin bed, ensuite bathroom (shower, tiny sink that you had to squeeze around and under to get to the toilet) - but very newly refurbished and clean. Would have rated it very good if that were a choice. Couldn't give it an excellent because of the price per sq ft ratio, and the shower was very hard to figure out the controls on it, and the risk of scalding was high. The smaller shower head could not be raised up because the fitting was broken and it would just slide back down. A/C unit worked fine and a plus was that the room had two small windows one could open for fresh air. Staff was VERY helpful and although there are about 5 or 6 steps to get into the place, the floors themselves are served by lifts. Very close to King's Cross so I'd definitely stay there again.
No luggage holder, so you must use the bed. Note proximity of sink to toilet.
