Amazing location, quick access to all tourist locations. St. Paul's is right across the street. Good facilities in the hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar. Staff customer service was a bit off, in my opinion. They were mostly helpful, but not above and beyond. Elevators were a bit wonky.

I was very upset during my stay. Firstly I was given a disability room without being told. I complained and was told these are the last rooms due to a late check in. This was a lie as I checked in 40minutes early. The staff constantly kept making excuses just to get rid of me. The toilet was very high and the sink was very low which was an inconvenience being pregnant. The main reason why I booked this hotel was for the “heated” pool facilities and to relax, however I when I went to the pool it was freezing and full of screaming kids even after the times kids were not allowed in the pool. This was not relaxing at all considering how much I paid. I then spoke to the staff who assured me it is a heated pool at 27 degrees and “I probably went at a weird time”. I was told to go in the morning the next day where there should be a change in pool temperature. This was a lie to get rid of me because the pool was still cold! I was absolutely appalled by my stay and will not be coming again. I was better off staying at premier inn, at least I would have had a better room with nicer service.

We arrived early but were greeted warmly and allowed to check in, and given access to a (good, clean) room with dramatic views. I believe the rooftop bar is a separate franchise, but Chiara who welcomed us there went out of her way to find a spot on a busy evening.

This hotel was amazing! I have stayed on this location a few times and have never been dissatisfied. The bartenders will tell you I’m only there for them because the bar area is terrific and the staff is top notch. However the whole experience from check in to check out is always seamless and allows for ease no matter when I Am traveling. If you haven’t had the opportunity to book this location yet I highly recommend you reserve now. Places like this are hard to come by and are worth every penny. I can’t wait for my next visit.
