Was a bit different walking in when you are used to staying at Hiltons, however, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well kept, they even had free washer/dryers. Location was great right by the River and rooms were quiet.

This property is amazing. The location is close to the tube and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Love the views of the Thames and being able to enjoy the properties available in the building. Would highly recommend.

Adorable hotel close Millennium bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, and Tate Modern. Super easy access to the train. Great views. The coffee shop is great and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are small if you get a micro room but that is to be expected. Would def stay again!

Convenient location- W/D a challenge to use

The location is very convenient for sightseeing. The washer/dryer combination is very difficult to use (for westerners) and it seemed to never dry the items fully. A drying rack would be helpful. Also, there were no kitchen towels to dry the dishes or counter, etc.

Stayed in the hotel over 20 times and this time around the bedding was not neatly done and creases everywhere. Long black Hair found Round the sofa. Cloth to dry the dishes had Staines which is a shame because its an oasis of a hotel. The second thing is people lying and sleeping in the reception with their feet full body stretch, which is not ideal for the boutique statues it represents as a hotel chain. I love the hotel; however, it needs cleaning and changes in how it structures policies around the coffee shop and seating areas.

It was a pretty average experience, overall hotel is decent and the view by the Thames river is solid. Hotel room was underwhelming and it felt like it could use a little touch up when it comes to cleaning. Price is a little too high in my opinion but the little cafe at the lobby was nice! Great location too!

This hotel is centrally located and right on the river Thames! It's super close to the Tate and Globe. Just be careful about the studio suites if you need a window you can see out. We could not see out so upgraded to a better room, but it was 50 pounds extra a night

Great place for slightly longer stays!

We stayed in this aparthotel for 5 nights and it was fantastic! Rooms came with everything we could need and while on the slightly small size, everything was still very functional! Having the kitchen in the room made it easy from breakfasts in the morning there before heading out for the day! It was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great location-2 tube stops available. St Paul’s literally behind the hotel. Walked back to hotel from Tower Bridge-a bit of a hike but along the Thames on a sunny day was very nice. Came upon a mosaic time line of the history of London that was great. Having a kitchenette in the room was perfect. It was fully stocked with everything you might need to eat in. The location felt very safe. Nice to have laundry on site. There is also a little coffee shop in lobby to grab something on your way out for the day. Cons—Couch super uncomfortable and a bit grubby. Area rug a bit grubby. VERY dark in hallway to room. Overall very pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay if you're going to be in town for an extended time. Two living areas. Kitchen with cooktop, silverware, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Front desk was very friendly. Very cool lounging area in lobby. Room with view of the river is a must!

Great stay on the thames

This is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed at Central London. It was a few steps from the Thames, a short walk to St Paul’s. My room was very cozy, I especially liked the living area divided and away from the bed which made it easy to relax and have tea.
