First Stay

Visited the hotel for the first time. Check in was quick and easy and the room was available before 2.00pm. Complementary breakfast was also included which was a nice surprise. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the hotel is perfect for visiting Wembley which is why we chose it originally.

I had to book this hotel for a concert but the price jumps for one night when there is an event on do not justify their rooms. Old tired and dirty. Because I didnt book directly through them I wasn't entitled to the complimentary breakfast even though i did ask. The staff were very helpful and kind but honestly I would not choose or stay in this hotel again.

Great location, rooms were dated.

The hotel was in a great location for going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. The lobby and bar etc were all in decent condition. The room however was old, dated and neglected. Needs a new shower, new furniture and re-decorating. It was clean though and there was a portable aircon unit in there, thank goodness because it was so hot.

Walls were filthy in room, god only knows what was all over them. Bed was awful, mattress was like a piece of chipboard. Furniture stained and dilapidated. Very dated decor. Net curtains looked like they’d been taken from the bottom of the laundry basket and had never seen an iron in their life.

I booked this property because of the proximity to Wembley Stadium, and this was lovely and close. It was in no way cheap, but was cheaper than other accommodation options in the area. We were welcomed on check in by a friendly staff member and were on the eighth floor. We were, however, told that there was no free continental breakfast as had been advertised when I booked and there were signs up advertising it when we arrived. The two lifts were small, but functional, if a bit dated/retro. In fact the whole hotel looked dated, inside and out. We got the room which was a lovely size for the three of us, but boiling, despite a very loud, but ineffective and ancient looking air conditioning unit. There were no tissues in the tissue box, no milk for a cup of tea and the shower looked a bit dilapidated. Apart from this the room was clean and served its purpose. I would probably choose to stay here again if I was attending an event at Wembley Arena or Stadium, but would hope for a cooler night!

Dated but clean

Hotel is very dated & tired in appearance, however rooms were clean. Room exceptionally hot as weather warm but able to open windows. Air conditioning unit torn from walll & did not seem particularly safe to use. Rooms complete with amenities - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee (however milk pots most definitely off). Great location- 5 minute walk from Wembley Stadium/Arena & parking a nice bonus. Free continental breakfast if booked online directly with the hotel. Would stay again for convenience at a decent price compared to others locally.
