My room chill box was not working when I asked front desk he told me it wasn’t supposed to work and that I have to use the staff refrigerator. The carpet was very dirty and the couch in the room was filthy as well

You can walk to many touristic locations from there but it is unsafe by night. The first floors smells like fish very strong. You can do so much better for the same price

Staff were amazing, very polite and accommodating. Room was fine tea coffee making facilities and a recyclable water bottle. The down side was the area, it was far from any convenience stores so you just have to remember to pick up snacks and drinks before you get back to the hotel. Traffic was bad so it wasn’t worth taking a bus to Westminster it was quicker to walk. Nearest tube was Lambeth North which was still a 12-15 minute walk.

Great room

Very spacious room especially for central London. 3 adults 1 queen size bed and a double sofa bed which was comfortable. Very clean and in good condition

This hotel had a very friendly staff and the location had easy access to the Central London area sites and tours (all within walking distance). If it wasn’t for taking an entire day to resolve an air conditioning issue and the early morning construction type noises, it would have been an excellent review.

Pretty good location but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, especially at night. The restaurant is pricey and the food is just okay. The beds were comfortable though and the bathrooms were good. Lots of clean towels. Air conditioning was really good as well.

The rooms were very quiet even when the hotel was buzzing with activity. The English breakfast was plentiful and excellent The showers were very nice. The glass separating the sleeping area and the shower can be be fogged and unfogged which was interesting. I would recommend this hotel for couples and fun seekers.
