My husband and I just got back from London and stayed at this impeccable hotel for ten nights! I’ve always said that no hotel is perfect, but I have ZERO complaints. We cannot find a flaw at all. We are super picky about cleanliness and I cannot stress enough how clean our room was every single day. We did not come back to our room once without it being immaculate. Housekeeping was OUTSTANDING! Now let’s talk about the rest of the staff. Jason and Alex from concierge services were warm, sweet, and provided us with so much information and even tried to get us tickets to see Ed Sheeran ! Victor (I don’t know his position) knew our names from day one and always greeted us and asked how our day was. We only ate twice at the hotel and the food was delicious, but didn’t eat enough to truly give a review as we ate out most meals. Last but not least, the biggest shout out to Zach in security. I had bit of a medical emergency and Zach was LITERALLY an angel. He stayed with us until the emergency services came to help and kept me as calm as possible. I wish I knew the woman’s name who came with Zach to call for help. We thanked her at the front desk later, but I can’t recall her name, so thank you! Then the hotel sent fruit, tea, and a note up to the room when I got back from the hospital. Concierge services even went to the store to get me heating pads! I also want to mention we went there for a couple special occasions and they immediately sent desert up to us to celebrate.

Would have gave it 5 stars , but money did go missing during my stay. Someone who had access to my room definitely took it. It wasn’t a lot of money but that’s besides the point. I let the manager , concierge & security know. I left before the situation was rectified & I was told someone would contact be regarding the matter but no one did. It’s really unfortunate because I stayed there for 2 weeks and spent thousands. Other than that , no complaints. Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
