Subject: Urgent Complaint – Bedbug Problem in My Room Dear [Hotel Name] Management, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions in my room. During my stay, I was bitten by bedbugs at night, which made it impossible for me to sleep. This has caused me significant discomfort, and I am now concerned that I may need to see a doctor. This situation is extremely distressing and must be taken seriously. I kindly request an immediate investigation of the room, appropriate action to resolve the issue, and compensation for the inconvenience and potential medical costs. I expect your urgent response.

It was a nightmare to spend the night, the room was extremely smelly, stuffy and people were smoking like hell. So much of noise. The room was just miserable with unbearable smell. No chair nothing. Just bed. No toiletries, not even toilet paper. No water to drink. It was the worst experience of my life that I stayed in this hotel. We couldn't sleep whole night and we just rushed as early as possible in the morning. Worst experience ever, don't stay in such weird hotel.

Great value hotel

Hotel was lovely and good value for money . Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and basic but that was all we needed and all the essentials were in the room . Thank you for a pleasant stay .

Appeared family friendly - saw a few families at the hotel. Had a twin room and smaller bed was a little hard (but some people may prefer that). Staff very friendly Lots of plug sockets to cater for all electrical needs. Not too far from shopping area and 2 different subway stations, with bus stops directly outside the hotel as well.
