The room was so small we had to walk over the first bed to get to the second bed or the bathroom, and the room door could barely open with our luggage in there. The bathroom only had a swinging door and the bathroom light kept switching off every few minutes. So we had to go out and turn the light on again to continue showering. They also charge you £3 per luggage to hold on to your luggage after checkout. At the price point, the experience should have been a lot better. You could get a far superior hotel experience in the same neighborhood for not a lot more. Safe to say we won't be staying here again.

TV didn’t work, shower door was broken and hanging on by a thread, room is design over function. I didn’t complain as I was too tired by the time I tried the TV, and only used the shower in the morning, plus I used express checkout. Finally, I paid extra for a room with a window, and it was only an opaque glass panel.

We expected the room to be small as it was in the City of London, but it wasn’t quite a capsule hotel. However the inconvenience of only one of us being able to move at a time in the room was more than made up for by the brilliant staff. Special mention must be made of the excellent Parveen - an exceptional member of the reception staff who made such a difference to our stay. The man is a treasure!
