The room was perfectly fine but it took asking several times to have the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. Highly recommend purchasing the breakfast service, it was the highlight of my stay at Premier Inn London Hammersmith.
What a wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, the building secure and the staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Conveniently located a short walk from Hammersmith Station with just a quick ride into central London via the Piccadilly or District Line. We will be staying here again during our next visit to London. Would definitely recommend!

The person that checked us in was very polite. Our room was a great size. When I went to ask for more towels and a rubber mat for the room. They gave me everything but the rubber mat. But shortly after I got back to my room it arrived. Everything thing was neat and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay
The staff was so nice checking in was fast and easy. Perfect location near the metro.

On the first day when I arrived, they didn’t have power. I had to wait two hours in the lobby before I could check in.. when I went upstairs there was only one towel so I had to go downstairs and get myself, also For three days in a row, nobody would come and clean the room so I went downstairs and had to make a request in order for them to come and clean the room.
Also when I need it an Iron again had to go downstairs and get it myself the iron and the iron board.
To me so far worst experience ever !
The room felt neglected. Staff have no knowledge of the area when asked questions, so extremely unhelpful. The only time the staff were friendly was at breakfast when they were asking people to rate them. Heating was up way too high, the restaurant food at night was so overpriced and disgusting!!
We were very disappointed with the room it was tiny and very squashed in. Again no help from anyone.
Room doesn’t have a phone , I stayed 7 days and nobody told me I have to request to have my room cleaned before 12pm which most of the time I was asleep , it’s standard for house keeping to visit your room twice per day but this hotel doesn’t clean your room, everything else was great.
