It was a fantastic close to the airport stay. Comfortable be le hot flow in ng shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. Only complaint very noisy bathroom sliding door.

Such a pleasant surprise for an airport hotel. Great bed, perfect deep bath after two weeks of crazy travel. Nice staff and 10 minutes to Heathrow. Will definitely stay here again.

Great spot to overnight before a flight. The restaurant was fantastic and well priced. The service, especially the host and Nico our server, were top notch. The attention they provided for food allergies were like nothing I've ever experienced. 5 stars aren't enough. The area isn't great for outings but that isn't what we were there for so we didn't care. The hotel made sure we didn't need to leave for what we needed anyway. Well done, Premier.

My wife and I stayed here so that we could be close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Check in was effortless and our room was amazing. Bus transportation to and from the airport was available - even in the very early morning. We ate at the restaurant and have no complaints about the quality of the food. I would recommend staying here.

Staff can do a better job in terms of communicating. Rooms are outdated . Breakfast buffet is not good at all, bad quality. Will definitely not stay here again.
