A good basic room. Some rooms have a shared bath / toilet. No AC in the basic room we had but a fan was provided and window opened completely. Room was quiet and adequate for a single night stay to catch an early train the next morning.
To call this a hotel is beyond a joke - it is essentially a guest house with 2 toilets/bathrooms between 20 odd rooms, one of which it is barely possible to fit a medium sized human being into. Genuinely my worst "hotel" experience in 20+ years of travel.

Room was fine but I did not realise that a hotel would not have a lift. I seriously struggle with stairs and very much appreciated your staff member taking my suitcase up and down. Maybe you should make the fact that there are long steep stairs clear on your web site?

Let me just say, not so good. Staff is very helpful and kept things clean, but there is no climate control for warm weather (just a fan and an open window). I accidentally booked a shared bathroom and it was down two flights of stairs from our room. The shower would have been all the way in the basement, so we didn't bother. Sweated it out. First night the host gave us an ensuite bathroom, which was passable. Second night none were available, thus the bathroom nightmare. Kudos to the kind and helpful staff for trying, but this did not work for me. Sorry
Booked without reading properly re the shared bathroom. It really was an issue, the bathroom was clean and tidy, plenty of bath mats. Towels were in our room with a double sink.
We had a 5 bed family room.
Location was perfect, Kings Cross, 2 minutes to tube/St Pancras, 10 minutes to Euston.
Can’t beat it for a city break on a budget.
Very convenient location for exploring London. Room was small but comfy. Only downside was lack of private toilet, although we were lucky not to have to wait for other customers during our stay. No frills but ok for the money.
I appreciated the added touch of being shown to the building next door to the main reception and the room I was staying in. The room was extremely clean and cosy for one, with good quality bedding and towels. The shower, although shared, was modern and powerful! Thank you for a comfortable overnight stay for work.
The reception process was very easy, there was no problem arriving early and leaving my suitcase until I returned later. The room (12) was a single room in the basement ( with a window) it was small but more rhan adequate for 1 night. There was a sink in the room but the wc/shower was across the corridor, this proved to be quite noisy wirh lots of people using it, it was equally difficult to use myself as it seemed to be forever occupied.
The bed was very comfortable as my 14 months baby slept so well, very clean the staff’s are nice they kept my bag for me while l go for my son's passport appointment above all train station is just 5 minutes walk.l will be coming back thank you
