Not happy

Room was cold as heating was not working. A small heater was given but took ages to warm up. Went to use a flannel in the bathroom and it was dirty as if someone had just used it. There was no long mirror in the room so I could not see how my clothes looked before going out. Also the toilet was refilling from the toilet bowl.

Pros: Quick and easy check-in. Comfortable bed, clean room, tea & coffee in room (kettle for both), very good breakfast buffet. Cons: small shower (single room), TV in an awkward position for viewing from the bed. Housekeeping starts early, and the doors opening and closing in the hallway are loud.

Amazing hotel in great location

Had a great stay in London. This hotel is located near 2 underground stations from which you can be anywhere in London in minutes. 5 min walk from Euston train station. Very nice bar in the hotel.

Great Stay & Service, Just a Small Recommendation

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, assisting us efficiently during both check-in and check-out. They even released our room early as it was ready, which was much appreciated. At check-out, they thoughtfully asked if we needed to store our luggage—such a helpful touch! The gym is a nice bonus for guests. Though it's a small room with limited facilities, it works well for a small group looking to get a quick workout. The location is fantastic, being very close to both the tube and train station, making it super convenient for getting around. One small downside was the pillow selection—the one provided was too soft for my preference, and while there was an extra in the wardrobe, it was too high. A firmer pillow option would be a great addition for better comfort. If they maintain a competitive rate, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Worn out.

the rooms are very worn out. the furniture is worn out and the chairs are completely worn out. there is nothing on the walls and the curtains are a roller blind from the 1990s. the bathroom is worn out and it is difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. the beds are nice and clean. lobby and restaurant are nice and clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming
