While this hotel is in the “heart” of a busy London theater district- it is also what makes it an excellent spot to stay- convenient walking distance to shopping and dinning in Covent Garden, SoHo, China Town, Piccadilly Circus, as well notable London sites, such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and locations on the Thames River. The hotel is surrounded by several train and underground stations, making it easy to travel to other locations throughout London. Finally, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating during our stay. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Highly recommend this hotel .. easy access to major sights .. staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out didn’t meet one that wasn’t cheerful ! They are a credit to the hotel. Pillows very very good. Breakfast also very very good and the lady server was attentive and efficient in the right measures.

Nice comfy stay in the centre of London

Great view, comfy bed, good location and nice big towels. Interesting decor but eg Bath was very high to climb into and out of for a shower but the shower was nice and powerful. The lift was rickety and very slow.

Brilliant location.

Excellent location with sightseeing and theatres close at hand. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, our room was very dated and furniture was worn. The bathroom was very old fashioned, but everything worked well. This hotel is advertised as 5 star. The service was 5 star but I have had a more up to date room decor in a Travel Lodge.

It was a very nice location. Staff was very accommodating. The main complaint that the bathtub was unsafe. It was very deep, which made it very hard for to get in and out of. I was afraid of falling.
