Great location, friendly staff and clean comfortable sized rooms. The only disappointment was the air con was not working correctly and given it was approx 30 degrees it made it uncomfortable.

The room air con was so loud. There was a non stop rattling sound even when it was off, so i didnt get much sleep.

Good property in excellent position close to Tottenham court tube station. Staff are helpful and breakfast is very good. Only negative is that the rooms are getting dated and need a renovation. We have had the same room for the last 2 years.

Pros: Decent breakfast Great shower Cons: No outlets near bed. Took three calls and over an hour to get an extension cord Two attempts to get safe battery replaced. First call was ignored. Cleaner didn't replace face towels. Called down. They say “Be right up” Nobody came. in room fridge was falling apart. Door seal kept falling off. Door to cupboard containing fridge broken. Dangling on one hinge Dirty glasses never replaced. Once just rinsed in sink. Ewww! Overpriced considering the issues above.

Convenient hotel

The hotel is located on Great Russel Street, and is within walking distance (5 mins) to tbe Tottenham Court Tube station, Covent Garden and Chinatown. Location was fantastic, but the hotel is dated, and could use a bit of upgrade.

Public parts of the hotel are nice but the room the room was falling apart. Most importantly, it didn't have blinds that kept the light out, so it was bright at 4:45am.
