1.5 blocks from tottenham court rd tube station and less than 10 from euston, st pancras, and kings cross stations, very convenient for travel. Will visit again. Prepaying for breakfast gets you a discount, quality is above average

Air conditioning was insufficient to cool the room below 80 degrees. Water temperature fluctuated dangerously and unpredictably in the shower. Staff did not respond to requests for assistance with these matters.

The breakfast was the best, eggs cooked to order. The coffe was great as were the pastries and other accessories. The location was central London . The room was clean as was the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was my second stay at this location and will be my third when I return

The location was very central and easy. The standard double room was very small. The staff were so accommodating and helpful and found us a new room at their other hotel when they were unable to accommodate our twin room requirements. They even booked us a paid taxi to take us to the other hotel.

Need to do better

The room booked was classed as Premium but I was bitterly disappointed. I was awoken to the sound of dripping which after inspection was caused by water entering the room from the ceiling. This was in the area of a light fitting which was alarming. Also the bath had seen better days and the furnishings looked tired. I expected more for the extra money paid. Given the poor standard of room I will be contacting the hotel for a partial refund.
