Our room is comfortable and big enough for family of 3. Price a little too high but great if you plan to watch rugby games. Loved new deco with Rugby players on wall etc. Bathroom very clean and modern. Will stay again when going to watch England games.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Big, clean rooms with up to date modern technology. Big tv and lovely big bath. Tea and coffee facilities including biscuits and free bottled water. Fantastic breakfast and really friendly staff We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to stay again.

I was surprised at a stain on the floor under the toilet and an item of rubbish, I assume from the previous occupant that hadn't been picked up. As a regular visitor to the hotel this was something I hadn't experience in previous visits. With hindsight I should have mentioned this to the reception staff, who were very helpful in explaining the heating system in the room. Never the less, I will be returning to the hotel in the near future

Great location for central london access via bus/underground. Spacious rooms but very noisy in corridors at night (doors don't seem to keep out any noise). The four pillows provided quickly become as flat as pancakes ! Good wifi. Very good breakfast with wide variety. Will be in London again soon & may stay here again.

Plus points: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Shower was great and the soaps/shower gels etc were really good quality. Negative points: Room was missing a phone so we couldnt call for room service. The coffee facility was missing pods, and the bed sheets (whilst visibly clean) smelt very odd.
