A good size room, perfect for a few night's. Has everything you need. Check in was swift, staff are respectful and helpful. Bar is well stocked and reasonable pricing.

Overall it was a nice stay, room seemed a bit dated with the mirror being dirty and some stains on the bedside table. The pillows were extremely soft and the bathroom towel was old and had frayed. Breakfast was nice lots of choices.

I used the lobby toilets and they were disgusting. It was early in the day, and I was shocked to see the state of them. When we went to go to sleep there was dried blood on the mattress protector.. I could see it through the top sheet so was again very shocked to see this had been missed. Overall not impressed at all.

Super friendly staff and really liked the style of the hotel and rooms. Was a stay after a work’s Xmas do, so was a fleeting stay but great location for 02 and Greenwich Pennisula.

Second stay and things had gone a bit downhill. Staff don’t really care that much for guests. Facilities are in need of repair / freshen up. Room was noisy from traffic and an irritating high pitched beep that was constant. Not a restful night.

Check in was cold and unwelcoming as the lady seemed inconvenienced by her job at hand. When asked if we could extend our stay she simply told us to look it up and book it on the internet. Super convenient location within walking distance of the O2 arena. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean and comfy. If the check-in process was nicer it would have been a 5 star stay.

Room was not dusted for a long time. Dust in the corners of the bathroom, on the chairs, on the toilet role holder, bin lid etc. Dark bathroom which wouldn't have mattered if the vanity mirror light had been working. The only shelf in the bathroom was broken. Couldn't put anything on it, it would just slide off. Won't use Radisson again. Room was around £250. It should have been spotless.

I felt that the check in service took quite long as the staff were trying to do serval things at one rather than concentrate on the guest they were helping at that time. The hotel itself is very unique and looks really cool, bed was comfortable, but we could hear the lift from our room all the time. Breakfast was really nice and enjoyable, food kept hot in le crueset style pots. Having to pay for bar drinks at reception can be quite annoying, especially when there is long queues. The location is fantastic for going to the 02. As much as there was little annoyances, we would come back again.

The room was clean and tidy although the lighting was not good and constantly felt dark in the room. The shower also did not drain and started flooding the bathroom. We had to call reception a few times before someone came up to fix the issue.
