We stay here very often on business trips to London. This time however a couple of comments. The room 316 smelt of stale smoke and the bed was lumpy. Otherwise the staff were great as usual.

Suburban Hotel

Very pleasant 3 night stay visiting London. Although 30 minutes from Oxford Circus, the Hotel is right next to South Ruislip tube station making it very convenient for travelling to Central London The hotel is comfortable and quiet. There are a number of shops and local services.

Terrible night

We have stayed here many times in rooms on all floors. This time was Room 114, the air conditioning was not effective at all and despite trying to adjust the temperature lower it never got below 25°C. We tried with window open, that was worse, so we gave up and put up with the discomfort. We had a night from Hell. When I mentioned it to reception they said the air conditioning should have been working well, well it wasn't.

Don’t use the hair dryer…

Hotel was tired but for the price can’t complain, perfect for Wembley Stadium. Hair dryer set on fire when we used it but the staff didn’t seem overly bothered and just said “it will be ok”….not great!
