For the price paid (which wasn’t too high) this was an adequate place to stay for one night - I think I spent less than 11 hours in the room/at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the although the shower / toilet set up won’t be for everyone, as a solo traveller, it was fine. What I didn’t like was having to venture to the end of the corridor for a cuppa in the morning. Also, the lack of fridge in the room for the average prices this Ruby Zoe isn’t acceptable. In summary, fine for an overnight stay but lacks comfort for a longer trip.

Great find!

We really enjoyed our stay here! What was amazing was they had a room ready when we showed up after our early morning flight arrival - game changer! Super convenient to the Tube, super chill vibe... The only thing I could find as a "fault" would be there are no drawers in the room but we made it work with no issue.

I loved everything about this Hotel. The room was spacious, it was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood was also safe and quiet, and public transits were all in walkable distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next trip to London!

The hotel is about 5 minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube so very convenient for travel to centre. Also close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Buzzy area with plenty of coffee shops etc. The reception area is bright and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There's a nice bar/cafe area for breakfast etc. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Good bed and lovely toiletries.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Staff was very kind and most of all helpful about the transportation, and any other questions we had. Breakfast options were great, and the coffee was perfect.I would, for sure, recommend the hotel.
