Spotless room very spacious and comfortable bed.
Excellent service from start to finish. Perfect location
We were allocated room127 which was close to the lifts. One lift in particular screeched as it approach the first floor which awakened us several times. It stated online breakfast was 6.30-11.00. We arrived at the dining room at 10.15 to be told the area was closed and the buffet breakfast was being being removed. The staff were pleasant and the location was ideal for the theatre . We have stayed at St Giles several times before and never had an issue ,so hopefully this is part of the refurbishment plans and will change by our next visit.
