Loved our stay at St. Martins Lane! You can’t beat the location. So walkable. Right in the heart of theatreland and Covent garden. Had a lunch at the hotel but was not impressed but overall the hotel was great, clean, and central to everything. We will be back to stay here again!

Excellent stay. The staff was outstanding and very nice and helpful. Our experience with every employee we spoke with was great. The rooms were clean housekeeping was amazing! The concierge and bellman also outstanding! I would stay again as it’s in a perfect location. The only thing was the lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. I definitely recommend and I’d definitely stay again!

The room was delightful and the front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. The dining room knocked a star off my rating. Breakfast appeared to be operated by people who never had such a meal. Coffee and you want milk? Toast and you want butter? Toaster only works on one side of the slice. Eggs, avocado, smoked salmon never met before arriving on the plate; no salt or pepper, lemon or a sprig of dill or some other herb. Plain food it is and at a price!

Room was clean, spacious, relatively quiet. Weighted, heavy doors made for residents banging or slamming at opening and closing of their room's doors. Location in TheatreLand area was excellent. This property is directly opposite the Duke of York Theatre. (However, road construction made taxi approaches limited by hours of construction closings. ) Walk easily to many interests. Leicester Sq Underground about 5 minute walk. Would book again because of the helpful staff. Kudos for Aldo because his assistance in managing the front access doors and grabbing taxis made my stay easier. Travelled solo; felt safe and welcome at St Martin's Lane Hotel. Older guests are not ignored; assistance offered in every situation. A large group was meeting there and the hotel was crowded. Did not utilize the Concierge 's help but observed that many guests did and walked away appearing pleased. Housekeeping was very helpful and deserves credit for their prompt service and good natures while accommodating requests.
