Check in required me to be on the phone for 2+ hours and threaten to cancel multiple times to finally get information. The room was still not ready on check in. The owner appeared to be drunk on the phone and annoyed that I was calling them. If it were now for vrbo support I wouldn't have made it inside.
The room quality was not worth the price, and definitely not worth being on the phone in freezing weather with all my luggage for 2+ hours.
