Excellent location, super friendly front desk and staff. Always offering free tea, coffee, water cookies and snacks in the Lobby. This must be a mom and pops type hotel as the staff really wants you to be happy staying there. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The only drawback is the rooms are very small, nowhere to unpack your clothes. Apparently in the Central areas, space is at a premium and most hotels have rooms that are small. If you are staying a one to four nights, it shouldn’t bother you too much, because this hotel is so closes to everything south of the Thames. When booking any Central hotel, compare the size (Sq meters) and you won’t regret your choice. I would comeback to this Hotel because of the way I was treated by the Front desk Staff.

Interesting and good use of available space. It is a small, clean property. Aesthetically interesting. Gratis candy/treats in the lobby. Beds are comfortable but when requesting a double/full bed (for a couple) you will get 2 twins pushed together and still a fairly wide gap between the beds. Though the location is touted as being in a central location; it is not. London is a huge city so decide first what area you want to spend most of your time in and make your hotel decision on that. This neighborhood was a bit sketchy and not particularly walkable. Breakfast is included, nice set-up and opens at 0730. The lady who works the area is lovely. Basic breakfast fare. Expresso machine was waiting for repair but the drip coffee was fine. Do check your room windows. Ours had been left open which, to me, was a safety issue as well as cold. The Front Desk staff (? owners) were a bit brusque. Don't ask a question twice! I don't think I'd stay there again but this was a last minute trip so it served it's purpose. You will have a big UBER bill.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the hotel turn off the air-conditioning if the temperature outside it's a little chilly, but its warm inside, and if you want your room a little cooler you have to open a windows, and here all the noises from outside. The staff was very helpful and nice, they will help you with everything as much as they can, if and when I come back to London, I may stay in the same hotel.

Absolutely perfect for London Bridge - slightly East of the Big Smoke but perfect for sight seeing or business A wonderful welcome from this hotel that really cares and will give you in a big hug in what can seem like a very busy city Highly recommend- reasonable rates for sure and the comforts of an independent hotel that lacks so much these days Have a wonderful stay!

Great London option

Great value for money hotel in central London, a 5-10 min walk from a number of tube stations. All the staff were very friendly, the room was quiet at night and a nice little brakfast in the morning too.

Pros: This hotel has a great location. You can walk to most locations within 30 minutes. If that’s too far off a walk, you have an abundance of e-bikes and e-scooters available all around the area. They have a free continental breakfast you can take advantage of in the morning before you head out on your exploration journey. Con: The hotel lobby isn’t 24 hours. They close from midnight to 7am. If you don’t make it by then, there is no one available to check you in. I didn’t ask if they have a number you can call if you come in with those hours, so it would be in the best interest to have a back up plan or contact the hotel to see if arrangements can be made. Not all rooms have A/C. If you want a room with A/C make sure to ask the hotel clerk about it when checking in. Although the time of year right now ( mid August) the room without A/C wasn’t to bad as long as you had the windows open. There were periods of high humidity, but it was tolerable. And if you’re out sightseeing during the day, it really has no effect. We didn’t get back in until 8pm, so the day and the room was cool enough. Overall it’s was a great experience and my daughter and I enjoyed it.

Extremely welcoming, great value.

The hotel was ever so slightly out of the way (but that was why we chose it) but very easy to find and close to three tube stops as well as being just up the road from Borough Market/London Bridge and the fantastic Imperial War Museum. All of the staff were great, it was welcoming and well prepared...never stressful. The simple continental breakfast being included for all guests was a nice touch as were the free drinks and fruit. Would absolutely stay here again.
