Very good location, close to the metro, 26 minutes walk to Big Ben. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was ok, you can choose something. The room was small, and if I were the owners I would sometimes check the cleanliness after the cleaning ladies, because it spoils the whole opinion. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will go back there myself.

One of the front room is so extremely noisy that I have to request moving to another room in the back but has no window, new renovated clean room. Staff is very nice. Overall rating is 4 stars. The gentelman name Ali is very kind and helpful. Thank you

Belle expérience au global, par contre, on a manqué d’eau chaude à quelques reprises et les portes dans l’hôtel sont bruyantes lorsqu’elle se ferment. Pourrait vous réveiller si vous avez le sommeil léger.

The staff was awesome. If you are an American use to traveling in the states there is a huge difference with accommodations and the cost. The breakfast was minimal. The room and bath were very small for 2 people with any amount of luggage. Over all size if room is about 100 sgft. Overall we were happy with are stay just needed more space.

Good stay

We stayed in a triple share. Room and bathroom were very small but fine for a two night stay. The location is good…within walking distance to Big Ben and Parliament square. The Borough market and tower bridge are a short uber ride away but you could walk. The AC was broken but the room had big windows that opened. Breakfast was simple but good. The cappuccinos were made to order and were great!

Pleasant stay due to lovely staff

The staff was really nice and helpful at City London Hotel. They made us feel extremely welcomes when my friends and I went on valentines day weekend for a girls trip. They greeted us with roses which was super sweet and easily held our luggage when we arrived early and again at the end of our trip before our later flight. Used nearby train stations for most of our trip but if it's nice out, it's not too far of a walk for the market and some sites.

Short stay as off on Eurostar the next day. Very welcoming and although not in the centre easy to get to central London from here.
