Great stay!

Great extras: free water, fruit, cookies in lobby! V courteous and helpful staff. We stayed in twin room. Only thing needed is a clothing hook in room or bathroom. Room was small, no bedside table on one side. Can use window sills in room and bathroom to put things.

very accessible to underground tube and not too far from london center if you like walking. complete essential gadgets,i. e.flat iron with stand, fridge/freezer, kettle etc...are in the room. very frriendly staff and breakfast is very nice. I personally like the shower and toilet room as it's very spacious.

It was centrally located for where we going, bed matress wasnt great, and bed did creak a bit loved the artwork in the hotel, had lots of info you could obtain, overall it wasnt a bad stay
