All was fine until the end of our stay when the bellman assured us that all luggage had been placed in the boot of out taxi, only to discover at Paddington that my wife’s luggage had been left behind. Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes, but when the cab arrived with the luggage, we were informed that WE had to pay the fare.

We stay here regularly as location is perfect. Staff are very keen to help and support guests with their stay. Some rooms are definitely quieter,cooler, larger/smaller than others so if a particular feature is important then do ask if it’s available.

Fabulous hotel with very courteous staff. Our room however was blighted by noise from outside which lasted into the early hours on a Friday and Saturday night. Assume related to couple of bars on the street at the side. Would benefit from better glazing or soundproofing. Great location for sightseeing and easy walk to theatre district. Excellent dining options in the vicinity.

We had a lovely time staying in this very central, lovely hotel. The views from the top were amazing, the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom large. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was fab. Very happy.

Ok hotel. Great location. The shower head was leaking and first room stank of mold. Had to ask to switch. And they kept asking why. It was nauseating. Could be better maintained.

Great location surrounded by interesting bars, restaurants and shops. Great team - staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very well proportioned and equipped. Only negative was overnight and morning noise from the street into our 5th floor room.
