The location is great, it’s very close to Euston station, making it easy to get around. It also felt safe. The staff were friendly. However, we had some concerns. The queen size room was extremely small- it’s essentially a tight, short hallway with a bed at the end. There’s no space to walk around and limited space to put things. If you’re travelling alone, you’d likely be fine but for two people it felt quite cramped. There was limited shelf storage in the room and bathroom. The bathroom sink was tiny. One of the shower heads was malfunctioning and sprayed water everywhere. If you’re okay with having very limited space and just want a good location, I’d recommend this. Otherwise, you may want to consider other options.

Room was very small, shower room was tiny, shower room smelled of mould, wallpaper in one of the panels was coming away from the wall. Cheap laminate flooring, double bed against the wall, with about 12 inches to walk around one side to get into bed. Floor 1, Room 117 avoid. Other guests on that night and on that floor were noisy and had children. I couldn’t wait to leave the property. The staff were really lovely but the rooms are awful. I would not stay here again. Plenty of options at cheaper rates nearby this hotel.
