Nestor did not reach out to us prior. We arrived in London, and not having Internet access just as we arrived it was very difficult to complete the online register and us get the access codes. They shouldâve been sent a couple of days before where we had reliable Internet data connection.Prior communication from Nestor would have made our trip better.The bed was awful, it was lumpy, the proprietor should apologise for providing such a low standard bed. And it sank into the base when sat down. To call it a double bed was a stretch.
