Room wasn’t the 5* experience we were expecting we have stayed in nicer premier inns which are much cheaper. Aircon was broken and room was so hot! The tv was broken kept saying the hdmi isn’t connected or switched off completely. The light in the wardrobe didn’t turn off when we closed the door so was on all night. The radiator in the bathroom was on and we were unable to turn it off. There was sellotape on the corner of the dressing table far from 5* more like a 2*.

What an amazing friendly hotel me and my girlfriend stayed here it was such a great hotel staff so friendly helpful and after a day walking around London sat I the piano bar for a few drinks highly recommend this hotel to anyone
