We stayed for my wife’s 40th birthday and the service we received was faultless. The staff arranged a birthday cake and card for my wife which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is amazing and has the wow factor when you walk in, the facilities are great. Our room was clean and spacious, all the staff we encountered were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. The spa facilities were also good, however to our surprise when we used the facilities it was like a playground, there was 10+ children in there. The pool is not the biggest and we didn’t actually get in the pool because it was full of kids jumping in, wasn’t possible to swim lengths. The jacuzzi probably holds 8 people and at one point there was 6 children in there and also in the sauna. At one point there was a number of couples sitting in the poolside chairs unable to use the sauna/jacuzzi because they were full of kids, there are signs up saying no under 16s in the jacuzzi but this wasn’t enforced. Not what we expected from a 5* hotel spa and unfortunately we didn’t get the relaxing spa experience we hoped for, which put a negative on an otherwise perfect stay.

The hotel is great and so are the staff - however, our second night was completely disrupted by a huge wedding that we could hear blasting music from (our room was vibrating on the 3rd floor) Our 2 year old boy was kept awake until midnight and had a severely disrupted and did have an impact on our stay. We received a complimentary breakfast and late check out - which was welcomed but a peaceful stay would have been preferred

I was extremely disappointed to arrive in London and find that my reservation had been cancelled just one day before check-in, with no phone call or proper notice. The hotel reassigned me to another property without asking, even though I specifically chose this hotel for its location and spa facilities. It appears the cancellation was due to my service dog, which I found concerning and discriminatory. This was an extremely upsetting experience and reflects poor guest communication and handling of reservations.

Spectacular hotel, just WOW!

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, the choice,quality and service outstanding! ALL of the hotel was very very clean not a smudge anywhere. Fantastic location Station just across the road.

I’m a regular at the Landmark but this is the first time I had a room upgrade. The suite was very impressive so I enjoyed my stay even more than usual. Dinner in the winter garden never disappoints either. Great staff, great hotel, will be back again soon!
