Great room size and decor. One small point on amenities, it would be good to have things like hairbrushes/combs/toothbrushes for sale at reception for those last minute forgotten items. Breakfast was ok- pretty much the same offering at a Premier Inn hot breakfast. thought paying £12.50 for a child was a bit much for essentially a bowl of porridge and a juice. Aside from that very impressed with the facilities available. It was really nice to see the olympic stars who have trained at the facilities at the hotel. Thankyou.

Staff were great Hotel is very run down in all areas and the bar sofa had no foam in the cushions it was like sitting on a plank of wood and too many kids sat in the bar area separately on their phones Bedrooms run down and the toilet blocked and backed up In a nice setting though
The base off the bed ripped all the way round
View from our room I was hoping with it being surrounded by trees we would of at least got a view and not noise from air con units

The room we had booked was very small and claustrophobic so asked reception if they had any other rooms available so we upgraded to a superior room which was excellent as it was my wife’s birthday the room they gave us was fantastic spacious clean the bed large and comfortable there was a seating area with tv which was great to be able relax after our long drive to the hotel: the breakfast although self service had everything and more for breakfast, fantastic location with easy reach to a lovely part of south west London

Spacious clean room with good quality bed linen and towels. Nice time of year to visit with lovely Christmas trees and decorations & real fire in the lounge. Restaurant staff were excellent and we also enjoyed the gym, pool, steam room & sauna.
