This is an up market hotel right in the center of Leister Square London. We had cocktails at the bar twice & they were delicious. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazingly friendly & helpful.

I stayed in the corner junior suite. One of my windows faced the windows of an office building in the too close proximity for my comfort. The other window looked at the construction side. There are lots of small stores offering vaping, e-sigarets smoking around the hotel. And the door of my bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close.

Great location. The air con in the room and temperature control is good. The rest is questionable. The toilet is electric so constantly making noise, the tv had to be reset, which required a visit from maintenance, the lighting system only worked from near the door of the room so had to get up if I wanted to turn the lights on or off. They add a 10% service charge to the bill at the end if you want it off the bill you have to see it and tell them that. For the prices they charge you would want the electric systems to work well. But, they didn't.

Stay was ok. Had asked to property to do up the room for a surprise engagement that took place, they did not do it. Was charged $100 for room service, all that was order was pancakes and an orange juice… Feel like more services should be complementary for this level of stay.
