The location was amazing! Having a full breakfast got us off to a great start every day. The back garden was an added bonus. While our room was small the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Perfect for our needs. We were close to the several tube stations and several nice cafes as well. These photos were taken as we walked out the door. Housekeeping was great and the staff was friendly.
Stayed in room #5 and the Room and bathroom were tiny. Bathroom was small for 5’4” girls - knees hit sink while sitting on the toilet. Condition seemed more like hostel than hotel. Location was great as was the service.
This property could be better if it was taken care of.
Carpets were rippled and torn, paint was flaking off the window casings, no indirect lighting, very noisy and the
room design was extremely cramped .
You had to literally crawl over your spouse to get out of bed as it was blocked on three sides.
Breakfast did not start till 7:30 and there was no offering of some fruit or a yogurt when we said we had to catch a train earlier.
I realize many London hotels are small and tired but this hotel made no effort to try.
Our other family members stayed in other hotels in the area and those similiarly priced rooms were much better. Scroll on past this one, its not worth the pricepoint.
It took 2 days to get the toilet fixed in our room. They ran out of items during breakfast and didn’t replace them not even the next day. Our room definitely needs updating. It sure didn’t match the pictures on their website.
The best employee worked the evening shift. I don’t know her name but she was from the Ukraine.
I found the property quiet and safe. My room was small but cozy. Tge linens were very clean and the whole of the property was very tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was interesting. I loved the cut fruit and the fact you had prunes! Which greatly help with any slow moving digestive travel issues.
I need to learn how to make Tiger Bread since it’s not sold where I live. The jams available while not a huge variety was most delicious.
The lack of outlets was annoying but it sufficed.
The bathroom was tiny. I really would recommend the property add an expandable shower rod/towel rack to the bathrooms where possible so that you can have a place to store your toiletries or let your clothes air out/dry while staying.
Bed was medium firm and I had some great sleep. Perfect amount of pillows.
The location is excellent for public transportation. You’re about a three-minute walk from Goodge Street station (Northern line), a confusing six-minute walk to Russell Square station (Piccadilly line) and eight minutes from Euston Square (Circle, Hammersmith and Metropolitan lines). Euston Station (beside Euston Square station) is also there for the national railway. Hotel is 30 seconds away from the British Museum. Breakfast was simple and did the job. Front-line staff were great. The room for a single person, however, was extremely small. You have to sit nearly sideways on the toilet because your knees would bump into the sink. To take a shower, you almost have to open the screen while lathering up otherwise you’d hit something. All in all, in 2025, it’s good value for the money.
Well located, small but comfy well appointed hotel
Lovely welcome, clean well dressed room. We had a double and single for the three of us. Kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits. Small under counter fridge. Small room for toilet, basin and shower, plenty of hot water.
We had a time slot for breakfast which was a lovely continental breakfast followed by a full English - perfect size to be light. Their croissants are excellent!. Garden out the back to relax in too.

This is a place to stay for one night. We were there for six. The room was very small. There wasn't a convenient place to put our suitcases. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. Every morning between 4:00 and 6:00 it sounded like someone was moving furniture and walking in boots. Breakfast was adequate but the coffee was instant and the bread white, like cardboard. The staff were friendly.but seemed to be coping with inadequate facilities.
Like a lot of London midweek stays, it is overpriced but that is supply & demand! Bed and room were comfy but, up on the top floor, the shower was awful. If you get a choice don't bother with breakfast - well meaning, but better to head out and find something better.

Great hotel to stay in for a short trip, especially if you are interested in visiting the British Musuem, which is just a short 10 minute stroll away.
Was awful the front desk Asian lady so helpless then no fridge no elevator paid breakfast u can taste was overheating then no ice no running water shower I can’t shower long then not even a dresser for us 3 and claim 5 floors but again no enough pressure water for shower understand is old but plumbing no fridge no dresser for 3 5 days at the end I put stuff for garbage and housecleaning woman call me the guest the bad word not knowing I was there uhhh😠
Positives: very friendly and solicitous desk staff, with 24/7 check-in option; comfortable bed; clean and relatively updated bathroom, with surprisingly good water pressure for a hotel of this age; convenient and reasonably quiet location. Could be improved: temperature control was dicey; furnishings were somewhat battered and could use renewal, along with the paint; the single room has no storage at all (don't bring a large suitcase, as there will be no room for both you and it!)--this could be remedied inexpensively by using bed risers to make space beneath.
Conveniently located between Euston station and Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Road. Nice room with good amenities offered. The staff were friendly too.
I enjoyed my stay at the Marker Hotel because it was quiet, organized, and well-designed. I really enjoyed the view of the garden behind the hotel, it helped make the room feel a lot bigger.
Room ok, but not as spacious as shown on the website. Breakfast good and staff very attentive and helpful. Location very good. Street noise can be a problem if you don’t fully close the secondary glazing. In the summer there is an Air conditioning unit that’ll be necessary.

Need an iron! Wake up shouldn’t be guy opening my door, then closing it and then knocking. Guests also entered my room, smh
The room smelled horrible and the carpet was extremely dirty. They booked our breakfast for 8:00 and when we were there, there was no vacant seat. we had to go back to our room and come back later.
