Bed was wonderfully comfortable with beautiful pillows and fine linens. Excellent amenities. Street nice and quiet. Only challenge in that there was a step down into the bathroom and room was small for two people. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there

The Mayfair Townhouse is a perfectly located hotel if you want to be in the middle of London either for business or leisure. Nice lobby bar to meet for business or just ordinary friends.

excellent location, small room and good quality but limited amenities. Comfortable bed and bedding however fills in the room that limits mobility within. We asked for an upgrade, was not offered and not given. It has been one of the worst checkin experiences..waiting 3 hours solid until 3 pm ! and not getting the room you were promised as an upgrade..I wanted to talk to the manager, they said they can give the email. I d say, Be careful with the staff of this hotel. They say one thing and another thing happens. Likewise, on the return to airport, we were told by staff a fixed price by cab to heathrow, we accepted and cab driver asked 10 pounds more... it explains our experience in broad !

The room was nice, the bar was nice and check in was smooth. The issue was we booked a room with breakfast included but were told we would have to pay for breakfast. We showed our booking clearly stated breakfast was included and the hotel said that is a mistake with the booking company, it is an issue they see a lot. They said if we wanted breakfast we’d each have to pay for it and take it up with the booking company. That is not helpful - it basically says we’re not going to help you even though you’ve done nothing wrong and we are going to make a problem between the hotel and Expedia/hotels.com the problem of the customer. Not 5 star service or anywhere close to it. Very disappointing.
