As usual all that we have come to expect from The Rembrandt after this our 4th stay. A lovely hotel, super location for the buses and tube in addition to restaurants and pubs close by withi easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy, the breakfast and snacks on offer are of a good quality. Our only grumble and its a little one is the shower is in the bath and as our mobility isn't as good as it used to be stepping out of the bath. However, looking forward to visiting London again and of course staying at The Rembrandt!

To be honest, I was disappointed with the room. It was tired looking. Veneer was missing off the furniture. The bathroom blind was filthy and you could only get out 1 side of the bed. For a 4* hotel in knightsbridge it was ver disappointing and we won't be returning

The room was lovely. The staff were ok. The breakfast was mediocre. We had booked two rooms, one for us and one for our daughter. We were accused of not paying for one of them even though we had email proof. It was resolved but it could have been dealt with better. We waited a while for our daughter's room even though it was next to ours and we had to ask a couple of times for the key card. We were given two complimentary drinks vouchers but our daughter was told she couldn't have one even though the room was booked in her name. This seemed petty and unfair seeing as she had waited until well after 3pm for her room and the staff were a bit indifferent.

Just a really convenient hotel in great neighbourhood easy walking distance to museums, Kings Road, Harrods and lots of great restaurants. Breakfast at hotel is good and service is excellent some of the rooms are a bit tired but are always clean.

The room and hotel in general was very clean. The bath towels were soft and huge. Breakfast was excellent. We had two dinner meals, one light lunch and two afternoon tea all were very good and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One improvement opportunity is to upgrade the WiFi system. Initially it was just a bit slow but was down for the last two days of our visit. The location is excellent for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Really nice experience.

We stayed at this hotel with my parents. Although they do not speak English, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful to them. We booked two rooms and asked if it was possible to have them close to each other, and they kindly arranged adjoining rooms for us, which was a great help. Our purpose for visiting London was sightseeing, but the hotel was so wonderful that we would love to come back again just to stay here. The color scheme of the breakfast room was beautiful, and the buffet area was not too large, which made it easy for my elderly parents to move around without feeling overwhelmed. Everywhere was kept very clean, and we had no issues regarding hygiene. I would like to express my gratitude once again to the staff who were both friendly and professional. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit London, and we already look forward to our next stay.
