This is an excellent hotel… very kind and friendly staff, willing to help with anything a guest could need. We had a problem with our reservation, but they took care of it… Breakfast is excellent… we will be back!

The expierence at the Rembrandt was excellent. Before we arrived the concierge was responeded very quickly to an email recommending a restaurant nearby for Sunday roast that wa sexcpetional. The check in was fast and friendly and the breakfast was very nice with lots of options, well prepared, and fast in a beautiful dining space.The beds and rooms was very comfortable and the bathrooms large and with a great shower and amenities..We loved our stay!

Traditional, expensive hotel opposite the V&A. Nothing special, a bit of a conveyor belt for elderly American tourists. Clean, tidy and comfortable, with a vast selection of plastic plants. You pay mainly for the location. Extra charge of £15, for the leisure centre. Jacuzzi was out of order, guests were not notified. You have to walk through the gym, in your swim wear, to get to the small pool. Pool can accommodate 3 at the most. Breakfast ok, but skip the porridge! Made with water! Like they cater in jail! But staff will make you poached eggs, which were good. Would I stay here again? No.

Noisy Rembrandt!

Made the mistake of accepting a main road facing room. Traffic noise was very obtrusive. The room did have secondary glazing but it was unable to stifle the noise. Very poor sleep as a consequence.

Hotel is located very close to a subway station which is an intersection of various lines, which makes moving around London very easy. Rooms are clean and serviced well. I didn’t like two things about this hotel. 1) the gym and pool requires a daily fee of 15 pounds. It may not be too much but it is a petty fee for people who just want to have a 30min session in the gym in the mornings and not use it for the entire day. 2) breakfast was quite weak for a hotel of this standard.

Good but a bit disappointing

Room was okay, comfortable and clean. But perhaps a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, sauce bottles were dirty, hot food was okay, but not of a brilliant quality. Great location though, and perfectly adequate hotel. I would imagine the deluxe rooms are much better. Would stay there again though

Weekend stay

Booked a double room at the Rembrandt Thursday to Sunday. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and was very quiet at night. Hotel was perfectly situated to explore London and within walking distance of three major museums. Staff were very welcoming and stored our bags on arrival and departure leaving us free to explore. Breakfast was great with a good selection.
