Nice hotel

Nice hotel at the price, especially for its location, bus station just outside of the hotel. Around 5-8 mins walk to any subway or train station. Walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Thames, National Gallery, etc. The room is not big and don’t have the inner phone so you can’t call the front desk in your room which is not convenient, but everything else is good. Front desk staff are very friendly, if you want something just tell them.

It was a modern, clean and tastefully decorated hotel. It was central to all the sightseeing, restaurants and theatres. The staff were very professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. We would 100% stay there again.

The room cannot accommodate 2 persons. It is ridiculously tiny. You cannot even walk to bathroom unless the other person is on the bed. Too expensive for such an inconvenient space, even for London.

The rooms are pretty small however that’s not the concern. The cleanliness of the room was like 4/10. Dirty bed/pillow sheets. Not so clean towels as well. Had plenty of dark hair on the. A window looking into the wall is basically no windows I feel like that should be specified on the listing. Overall, a very low 3 star. 4.5/10

Buyer beware - rooms are small beyond imagination

The rooms are absurdly tiny and the photos of the rooms are VERY deceptive. I have no idea how they got those pictures to not be distorted/look like fish-eye effects because most walk-in closets are bigger than the room we got. The was up against the wall on 3 sides, and the toilet (with a frosted glass wall) was at about 3 feet away from the head of the bed. But the prices were comparable to hotels with actual rooms.

The rooms are a closet. You cannot even fit your suitcase in the room. It is a closet with a shower and toilet. Sure, the location is great, but you’re better off in a cave. Also my room smelled like cigarettes and I can’t imagine how anyone could smoke in there and not croak. It is a box. The rooms are a box.

This hotel is very nice. It’s small but very clean in a wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. Lots of restaurants around it. The staff are amazing. Their lobby is super cute with bar, wine and with good food choices 24x7, where you can eat anytime. Air conditioning working amazingly while it was freezing in our room. Our room was very small without Window but we didn’t spend much time there. I wish we would have room with Window. Everything was really clean and nice. Customer service is excellent and they suggest lots of great things. I will definitely stay there again!
