The hotel room is equipped with a small cafe area ( a kitchen sink, dinning plates and utensils, microwave, fridge) so we actually made daily breakfast during stay. Have may power outlets including NEMA 110V outlets, modern room furnitures and setting with delayed light switches. Right cross street is Tower of London, Tower Bridge and underground subway are less than 5 minutes walk. I would stay there next time when we visited London again.

Location is perfect - it is next to Tower Hill tube station, the Tower of London, and tower Bridge - personally you could not ask for a better location. Room was great. Our room 513 had a mini kitchen and a washer/dryer (European style) - we opted for breakfast in the price and we felt it was good value.

The property itself on the inside is nice looking, lobby is small but looks good, room(studio) was very open and big. The amenities in the room were amazing, fridge, stove, dish washer, laundry machine that comes with detergent pods. The bathroom was really great, the view i got in the studio was great, overall experience of the hotel was great, I got to take a few point off because i saw a small bug (silverfish) on the floor by the kitchen. The outside of the hotel was ok, very touristy during the daytime and is by a metro, I can give the hotel a solid 8/10, I would definitely come back.

Hotel is new and clean. Convenient and a few mins walk to subway , Uberboat and bus and access easily to tourist places and museum. Subway to airport is good. Walk across tower bridge is beautiful and a lot of restaurants around the area.

We booked tower suites as we were celebrating my partners birthday. We were super lucky to have our room upgraded to a bigger room where we had a view of the Shard. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and no request was too much hassle. We had such a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking this hotel again as we travel to London quite frequently.

Great hotel but I booked 2 queen beds and got a king split into 2 twins. Front desk said they didn’t have Queen beds. I’m sure they just overbooked and I got the shaft. Bad business when you pay top price and they change things on you with no discount.
