Extremely overpriced. The hotel is unkept and a warren of small corridors and sharp stairs. Staff not very helpful and the whole place looks tired and dirty. Not happy - what was advertised is not what I got. The room was extremely small with just enough space for a small double bed. Terrible stay.

Good location to station, small bit everything you need including hot shower and comfy beds. Rooms are cramped together abit and does get a little noisy at night as old building.

Fortunately I only stayed overnight before a Eurostar crossing. The room was tiny and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The corridors are a maze and probably only just make the standard fire regulations. There are better hotels close by. It served a purpose but I won’t be returning.

I booked a double room but the bed was very small not a standard double at all. I complained to the man on reception. He said “you ordered a small double”. That was a lie as I can see that I ordered a room with a double bed. Consumer protection laws should protect people from unfair services. I asked the man to put it right and he said he didn’t have the authority and would anyway need to charge me more for doing so. I will be reporting this hotel to trading standards.

Ok, so not the biggest room in the world but that doesn't really matter if its just a quick visit. Very clean, good bathroom, plus by the bed, more tv channels than you could ever watch. Will definately be staying again.

Easy walk to Kings Cross station. Clean. No elevator, so be prepared for narrow stairway.

Tiny room, but otherwise a great location it you are using Eurostar...comfy bed, but I was a solo traveler and had trouble opening my suitcase and the toilet can make you claustrophobic... For me it was a lot of money for what I got... But being a block from the station is nice

Room was smaller than expected but as only for one night stay was adequate. If we stay again would ask for a lower floor as no lift in premises and stairs narrow to carry up suitcases.
