Disappointing Underwhelming

Would NOT stay here again. The ONLY good service I received was from the woman tending bar in the evening. Front desk was missing or curt. If you need to smoke you’re going to end up in a grimey, unsafe corner on the outer edge of the hotel where they’ve carelessly thrown some rickety old benches. Also paying $13 for parking in a lot that was like 30% full is just a ridiculous cash grab. Also you’re far ($20+ Lyft ride) from anything fun on LB.

The guest staff was very helpful and friendly, we asked for an additional day, so we could check in early and they didn’t charge no show fee. Bed was comfortable, not too many food options but we were mostly visiting family so that wasn’t an issue. The sheet was dirty when we arrived but they were accommodating and replaced it when asked and there were cobwebs in the window area.

The rooms are really spacious. The beds are comfy. Loved the ducks in the bathroom and the shower head was really nice. The staff is super friendly. There is a CVS right across the streets. Plenty of restaurants close by too. Would definitely stay here again.
