I checked into my room at the Contessa Inn in Longview and immediately noticed roaches and other bugs crawling throughout the room. The infestation became even worse when the lights were turned off, with bugs visible on the floors and walls. The room was unsanitary and uninhabitable, and I did not feel safe staying there. I have photos documenting the issue. I am requesting a full refund due to these unacceptable conditions.

Falling apart, roach in toilet, stains on bed, door was about to fall off,gate to property doesn’t close si there’s crackheads walking around. Cheap but disgusting

The room was had a two burner stove and only one burner worked. There was a microwave that didn’t work. Had to be changed out. We could never get enough towels for our stay of 10 day and we extend for one more day. The price was right. They should have been able to give the same rate with out having to rebook online.
