The room had an odd smell. The AC was good. The microwave looked dirty and outdated. There was a spider and a roach in the room. The bed looked clean. Learning how to use the WiFi was difficult as I had to look it up online. Customer Service was great. The entrance look dangerous as there is a giant slope by the front. Kids above my room kept stomping, which I heard at night. The bathroom door closes automatically, which is not great if you want the door open.

The lack of drinking cups in the rooms is an extreme cost cutting measure on Hilton's part. Cups are a necessity. Other things that are lacking can be dealt with.
